Editorial Policy

Global Pathology Publications maintains the highest editorial standards in scientific publishing. All editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, methodological rigour and relevance to the pathology community. Editorial independence is maintained from commercial, institutional and personal interests.

Our editorial processes are guided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) recommendations.

Peer Review Policy

All research submissions undergo single-blind or double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers are selected based on subject matter expertise, absence of conflicts of interest, and track record of constructive and timely reviews.

Review timelines, criteria and processes are documented in our author guidelines. Authors receive detailed reviewer comments and editorial recommendations for revision or decision.

Publication Ethics

We follow COPE guidelines for publication ethics. All authors must confirm that submitted work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and that all authors have contributed meaningfully to the manuscript. Conflicts of interest, funding sources and ethical approvals must be declared.

We have zero tolerance for plagiarism, data fabrication, image manipulation, duplicate publication, and ghost or guest authorship. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

AI Generated Content Policy

Authors retain full responsibility for the accuracy, originality and integrity of all content, regardless of AI tool usage.
