Before you write

Most enquiries we receive are answered faster by the pages below, because they are kept current and we are not:

• Licensing and registration questions — the country pathway guides set out the authority, examinations, documents and fees for each destination, and link every regulator directly. We cannot advise on your individual eligibility by email; the eligibility checker is the closest we offer.
• Suspicious job offers or recruiters — read the Scam and Safety Centre first, then use the reporting option below. Include the message you received and any account or payment details you were asked for.
• Membership access — if a download or member area is not unlocking, tell us the email address you registered with and the page that failed.
• Manuscript status — quote your manuscript number; the submission page explains each editorial stage and expected timing.
• Purchased a guide but no access code — check the receipt email first, then contact us with the transaction reference.

What to include

Enquiries are answered fastest when they contain the country or journal concerned, your qualification and stage of training where relevant, and any reference number. We aim to respond within two working days, and within one working day for reports about a listing or recruiter.
