We collect the account, profile and usage data necessary to operate the platform. Profile visibility to recruiters is opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time. We do not sell personal data. Personal data is processed on the basis of contract, consent or legitimate interest, and you may request access, correction, portability, restriction or erasure by contacting us. Payment data is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on the platform.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand platform use. Optional cookies are set only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Membership is offered in 3 tiers — Resident at US$499, Standard at US$999, Premium Elite at US$1,499 per year — and is billed annually in advance. Membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price for your tier until you cancel; we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change affecting your renewal. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Each tier grants access to the benefits described for that tier on the membership page for as long as the platform operates those services. Benefits may be added or substituted with equivalent value. Membership is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared. Membership does not guarantee employment, licensing, visas or any recruitment outcome. Free journal access applies only to eligible Global Pathology Publications content; third-party publications may require separate access.
Membership may be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal provided that member-only downloads, recruiter contact details and premium course content have not been accessed in that period. After 14 days, or after substantive access to member-only content, the membership year is non-refundable; you may still cancel to prevent the next renewal. Course, event and publication purchases are refundable up to seven days before access or the event date. Article processing charges are non-refundable once peer review has commenced. Refund requests should be sent to membership@globalpathologypublications.org.
All platform content is protected by copyright. Open access articles are published under CC BY 4.0 and may be reused with attribution. Member-only guides, courses and whole-slide image cases are licensed for individual educational use only and may not be redistributed, resold or used for institutional teaching without a separate licence.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The platform supports keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, descriptive link text and semantic structure. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and we will respond within five working days.
